Rachel is a Louisville, KY native with more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition. She has built her career on helping organizations secure the right talent for today while developing the pipelines needed for tomorrow. Rachel is passionate about helping people find their next chapter, and she’s proud to have supported many professionals’ growth through coaching and mentoring.

With 15+ years of leadership experience, Rachel has built high-performing teams and executed recruiting strategies in high-demand, scarce-talent environments. Most of her career has been in the healthcare space, partnering with publicly traded companies and private equity–backed organizations to meet challenging workforce objectives.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys—especially outdoors and on the water.
