Melanie joined RWC in 2019 and has quickly made an impact on the growth of the business as well as many executive searches.

Melanie first found her passion for recruiting in college at Mississippi State where she served as a Bulldog Belle, essentially a Recruiter for the football team.  Following completion of her Masters Degree, she began her recruiting and HR career.  Melanie has many years of and experience recruiting at all levels, including corporate leaders, manager to executive level, as well as highly niche professionals.  Through the course of her career, she led the talent acquisition function for a national company and oversaw a team of more than 15 talent acquisition professionals.

Melanie has a passion for working with people to help them identify their true career potential and enjoys matching with them with great opportunities.  She loves watching professionals grow in their careers and become industry leaders.

Melanie has over 15 years of recruiting experience in several industries, Healthcare, Accounting, BPO and Professional Services, and is certified in HR with a Professional Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys rooting for her favorite sports teams and spending time with family and friends.
