Kathryn joined RWC in 2021 and has been an incredible addition to the team helping find talent across the US.

Kathryn graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2006. Her passion for helping people and making connections led her to retail pharmacy where she spent almost 14 years. After starting a family, Kathryn decided to shift her focus to caring for her two young boys. She has enjoyed being able to stay home with them through their formative years. Kathryn is excited to now utilize her passion for helping people to help them find the career of their dreams.  

In her personal time, Kathryn loves spending time with her husband and shuttling her two boys to school and their various sporting events.
