Holly joined RWC in 2022 and has made a tremendous impact launching searches at all levels as the business continues to grow.

Holly found her love for recruiting over 20 years ago and has recruited all types of healthcare roles from corporate office to field based clinicians to C-suite. She has worked with some of the most reputable employers in the healthcare space. She enjoys building meaningful and lasting relationships with clients and candidates and wants to make sure each feels respected and valued. She credits her success to a strong work ethic, determination and passion for helping others.

In her free time you can find Holly on walks with friends, traveling to find warm weather, or with her husband on the sideline at one of her two daughters’ volleyball games.
