Heather joined RWC in 2018 and has been an instrumental part of our growth specifically in our provider recruiting space and in corporate recruiting.

Whether it’s finding a great deal or matching an executive with their dream job the thrill of the hunt is something Heather has always enjoyed. After 15 successful years in the pharmaceutical industry, she decided to pivot into a new healthcare role as a recruiter. Having successfully cultivated relationships within the healthcare world through her sales role it was a natural transition developing relationships with clients and candidates to find the perfect fit. She has enjoyed all the connections she has built with clients and candidates and looks forward to the many more yet to come.

In her free time Heather loves to travel with her husband , read a great book, and try to keep up with her 3 kids.
